Household is important to Guiry, and he finds "The Biggest Loser" environment to become one just like a family. "We possess a really special group. We're all very close," he said. The contestants works with new trainers Jessie Pavelka and Jennifer Widerstromas along with veteran trainers Dolvett Quince and Bob Harper. Alison Sweeney will return as host.

Guiry, born in Brooklyn in New Jersey, played high school football, pursuing his dream to experience professionally.

"Weight was always difficult," he said; he entered high school weighing 275 pounds and graduated at 360.

Nonetheless, he was active and in the arts, winning awards for his performances in musical theater and taking 3 years of dance classes with a concentrate on ballet, modern jazz and tap.

He lost 30 pounds before you go to college hoping making the school football team. But he was "not nearly athletic enough to experience," a realization that he said was "definitely a blow."
